At Golden Eagle Real Estate as a Marketing/ Transaction Coordinator, I also assist agents with photographing properties. As the company’s in-house photographer, I photograph our client’s home with a DSLR, iPhone, and drone. I use the Adobe Suite (Lightroom and Photoshop) to make necessary edits such as brightening, correction, and photoshopping. In addition, I design and print flyers/ postcards and prep email blasts that include these photos to best promote the property.
As a Marketing Coordinator at Golden Eagle Real Estate, I use Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to design and order new signages used to promote open house and design business cards for new agents. Each open house signage is different as it is tailored to each agent’s individual needs.
As a Marketing Coordinator, I develop content for agents such as graphics for posting and videos/ reels for TikTok & Instagram. I’m constantly analyzing current design and technology trends across different social platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter), and create “trendy” content for agents to promote their marketing. To create trendy content, I use Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Final Cut Pro.
I had the opportunity to work and design some packaging and branding material for these small, local businesses.
Oakland Sport Club is a clothing brand specializing in local- wear. I had the opportunity to design the hang tag that goes on every garment for every customers’ order. The hang tags includes the brand’s name, motto, social media, and website.
Solemate Candles is another small business specializing in sneaker candles. I had the opportunity help design their logo, box packaging, and care guide card that is included in every box.

In this typography poster series, I used InDesign to create 3 different posters reflecting a specific font and its history. From left to right, the poster begins with the typeface Trade Gothic, Modern No.20, and Garamond. Each poster was carefully researched and includes the founder, foundry, year, characters, numbers, variations, weights, sources, and a short detail regarding the font. This was all printed and presented on a classroom wall.

Bees are officially on the verge of extinction. Bees are often overlooked, and we fail to realize the critical role they play in our ecosystem and in our daily lives. The truth is, there is a growing public and political concern as bees are declining at a rapid rate across the world. Bees are vital to a healthy environment and by creating and providing a natural habitat for bees, we not only save the bees, but we are creating a space for bees to pollinate to help plants grow, breed, and produce food – keeping the cycle of life turning.
The To Bee campaign consists of educational posters and packages for bee-related products. It offers an opportunity for a diverse audience to learn and make a difference in their backyards or in their communities, while becoming educated on the importance of bees and why we need to take steps to help save them. Three posters were designed to emphasize a different bee topic; awareness, information and opportunities for action. In addition, I designed honey and flower seed packaging, to promote the planting of flowers that attract bees and provide a natural habitat to encourage pollination – all contributing to a solution.

Myriorama originally referred to as a set of illustrated cards that could arrange and re-arrange, forming different pictures. I recreated this 19th century concept with 12 cards reflecting a 2020 perspective. With this concept, I wanted to highlight pollution and how it is affecting our environment..

Using Javascript (p5.js), I created three interactive games that would reflect my theme of a “boba diet.” As someone who loves to drink boba, I decide to focus on the idea of going on a boba diet because of its many unhealthy facts. In the first game, as the first step of this boba diet, the boba-loving girl must avoid boba by running away and avoiding the boba monsters. When the girl accidently collides with the boba monsters, an unhealthy fact about consuming boba appears and you continue onto the next level. In the second level, it is the same concept, but the level is faster, you will have to avoid more obstacles, and if collided with the obstacle, another fact appears. As you progress onto the last level, you have successfully avoided boba and it is time to collect the benefits. To play the game, simply use the mouse and click and guide the girl to avoid and/ or collect.

When asked to create a website using strictly HTML and CSS, I decided to create a website as a “boba guide” to one of my favorite boba shops, Boba Guys. Being born and raised in the Bay Area, I easily developed this love for “boba.” For many who do not know what boba is, it is also known as bubble milk tea.
On this website, users are welcomed to an introduction page defining “boba.” The user is encouraged to explore the entire site to see how they can pick and customize a drink that would best fit them, according to this specific boba shop. Users’ interactions occur when hovering over certain images and when clicking each topic, it will navigate the user to the designated section of the page.

For the 2016 November election, I particpated in the AIGA, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, “Get out the Vote” campaign. For this campaign, I used Photoshop and Illustrator to take a pop culture approach and chose to implement DJ Khaled, a famous celebrity. As he became well- know and popular for his catchy phrases, I wanted to use this as a way to engage and encourage the young audience to go out and vote. In addition to this printed poster, I also created a matching GIF to engage users digitally.

For this infographic poster, I decided to focus on the idea of shark finning. Using Photoshop, I wanted to portray on the idea that humans are the real monsters by manipulating and implementing a series of photos. Often times we are more afraid of sharks, but in reality humans are harming sharks at an alarming rate, mainly for a soup that is considered a delicacy. I wanted to use this poster as a way to help spread awareness of what shark finning is and how it is happening.
